New Library CIP 
Monday, July 27, 2009 8:02 PM This is Kaiwen here. The library person has just spoken to me in the evening and she informed us of the new library CIP. Here are the details:
As spoken, I am pleased to confirm the below for your class, 1H:-
I have arranged the below duties for all the 22 of you.
1) Date: Wednesday, 29 July 2009 or any weekday this week :)
*Need 6 volunteers
Time: 3.00 - 6.00pm
Venue: Basement One, Central Public Library (@Bugis)
Duties: Admin task - to make amendments for forms and brochures.
2) Date: Saturday, 1 Aug 2009
Shift 1: 10.30am - 2.00pm (*need 8 volunteers)
Shift 2: 1.30pm - 5.00pm (*need 8 volunteers)
Venue: The Plaza, Level 1 National Library Building (@Bugis)
Duties: Events - ushering and packing of goodie bags for Heritage roadshow.
